Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a space at the market.
- Your space at the market is not officially confirmed until your application has been approved by our team AND we have received the full payment.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable once paid. If an event is canceled, The Sensory Shed LLC may transfer or reschedule to a future market, this decision is made by the market team management and is not a guarantee.
- We try to keep vendors unique and therefore we may only accept one vendor per category/product.
- The market is held outdoors. Vendors should come prepared for Florida weather, including heat, rain, wind, humidity, insects, and all other outdoor circumstances.
- Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. ALL vendors MUST have a 10×10 tent secured with 25lb weights.
- If your setup requires additional space, let us know in your application (Additional Information section). Efforts will be made to accommodate, based on market conditions.
- All needed equipment for your setup needs to be provided by you, the vendor. Including a tent with weights, tables, chairs, displays, signs, payment methods, etc. Electricity is not provided.
- All markets held outdoors at 707 W. Lake Dr. Wimauma, FL 33598
- Check-in and set up begins 2 hours before each market. Vendors must be fully set up and ready 30 mins before the listed market start time. Vendors are required to stay until the listed events end time, unless otherwise notified.
- Vendor placement is decided by The Sensory Shed LLC.
- Vendors are expected to keep a safe and clean environment, sell only what is permitted, and maintain a professional space. The Sensory Shed LLC reserves the right to refuse, relocate, or remove vendors who do not align with these standards.
- Participation is at your own risk. The Sensory Shed LLC, its owners, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, Hillsborough County, and the property owner are not responsible for injury, illness, theft, loss, property damage, weather-related incidents, or any other claims arising from participation.Vendors are solely responsible for their equipment, inventory, employees, and any damage caused by their booth or setup.
- By participating, vendors grant The Sensory Shed LLC permission to photograph or record their booth, products, logo, business name, staff, and likeness for use in social media, on websites, print materials, advertising, news coverage, and any future promotional materials without compensation.
